Hotel Kinsley is comprised of four historically significant buildings dating from the 17th to the 19th century, each set on a different street and each with its own unique story and aesthetic.

Converted from a European-style cottage, the John Street building features seven charming rooms, with a spacious suite complete with a hot tub, living area and fireplace, and a loft room with exposed beams and stone walls. The Wall Street building offers ten playfully designed rooms in a restored 19th-century building, where the light-filled restaurant, private-dining area, and cozy, wood-paneled cocktail bar can be found. The Fair Street building presents 12 sunlit guest rooms awash with inspiring colors and patterns. Finally, the Pearl Street building, with original fireplaces and a grand staircase, was the most ambitious architectural restoration of the collection.

Locally scouted vintage design pieces are beautifully balanced by custom furniture, millwork, original moldings, and contemporary art.

Each room has its own unique personality and gives the feeling of staying in a private residence, courtesy of original fireplaces, vibrant furniture, and abstract art from the owner’s private collection. Fabrics are high-end imports from Europe and include Dedar, Pierre Frey, Clarence House, and Manuel Canovas. A celebrated Brooklyn-based artist has created vibrant watercolor illustrations for each of the buildings, unifying the Hotel Kinsley experience.
