With interiors that blend seamlessly into the outdoors and panoramic sea views from every corner, Stamna Sinfos embodies relaxation.

Though newly built and awash with modern influences, a historical/heritage spirit abounds at Stamna Sifnos. The architect’s goal, beautifully realized by adhering to the spirit of the island’s traditional architecture, was to divide the building volumes into as many sections as possible. The result, which features in situ stone and materials from Santorini, echoes the intimacy and luxury of a classic Cycladic home.

A minimalist Cycladic style is augmented perfectly by a relaxing, modern Art-Deco vibe.

Custom-made, olive-wood pieces and other handcrafted items are framed by a color palette defined by three soothing hues: Brick red, echoing the renowned ceramic art of Sifnos; leaf green, mirroring the sea; and dusty blue, invoking long-ago memories. Floors are composed of marble sourced from Tinos, Naxos, and Paros, and decorative elements use silk, linen, and cotton from nearby islands. The result is a rich tapestry of Cycladic moments that create unique interplay between a museum and a hotel.
