while framing them with expansive windows. This remote retreat was designed by young Tbilisi-based duo Nata Janberidze and Keti Toloraia. Representing the new generation of young Georgian designers, the sleek hotel comprises a geometric structure with balconies and a sun terrace fashioned from steel, glass, and timber, mimicking the local woodlands and blending into the surrounding landscape.

Raw wood floors, local carpets, fireplaces, and an abundance of couches and bookshelves create a rustic-chic character.

Minimalist design reflects the country’s Asian and European heritage. Wood floors, indigenous rugs, and furnishings by Flamant and Restoration Hardware add a touch of rustic chic. Fireplaces and couches abound, while vintage posters nod to the past. The rooms, meanwhile, are decked out in a palette of mushroom and taupe with the occasional splash of color.
