The Brand Creative team is the artistic engine of Design Hotels, creating one-of-a-kind activations, annual gatherings, and key cultural events all across the globe. Our new Senior Producer will play an integral role in the Brand Creative team, to co-develop and produce our innovative event concepts.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Translating creative ideas or technical issues into feasible and flawless productions, within budget and above expectation
• Organizing and coordinating a project from A to Z, from technical plans and permit procedures to evaluation 
• Managing internal and external partners and teams
• Monitoring project administration
• Report results on a weekly basis 

Experience & Mindset

• 10 years of experience in related project management role and/or event production 
• Very strong project management skills
• Confidence to take a project from brief to final delivery with a high level of detail
• Detailed in scope of work and budget documents
• Ability to create strong relationships based on trust, both internally and externally
• Experienced in managing teams and projects in an organized and efficient manner
• A confident communicator, able to inspire and motivate team
• Passionate about brands and driving your team to deliver at the highest standard
• Confident in establishing and developing new relationships
• Able to maintain a proactive and calm attitude
• Keen eye for detail
• Creative thinker
• Problem solver
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
